Newbie here! :)

Post by Kookoocachoo »

I've always been obssessed with tanks, but now I'm becoming obssessed with rc tanks. I have been learning about rc electronics and such a lot lately. But I know I'm going to hit a lot of stumps and have a lot of questions when I start my first rc tank project, so I came here!

Hallo, Welcome to the Forum,
We do have a section on all things R/C ELECTRONICS that specifically deal with Tanks, just scroll down and you will find it.
If you have not bought a Tank yet then the FIRST thing you MUST do is to go to the BLACKLIST and take note that you do not want to have anything to do with these people.
Next go to the RECOMMENDED dealers list where you will find dealers that you can rely upon.
Where in the World are you because there is little point telling you how good IMEX in Florida is if you are living in Cleethorpes.
In the meantime if you have a particular Tank favourite I would suggest you go look at the Different Builds under the names of the makers such as HENG LONG/TAMIYA/TAIGAN/TORRO.
If you have any questions please ask.

If you go to
www.taigentanks.com
you will be on the website of a Florida based dealer who has a reputation for outstanding service,
ERIK, who is a member of a number of Tank forums including this one is probably the most helpful person you will meet,
Talk to him and tell him you are a member of this Forum and who knows you might just be pleasantly surprised at a special offer or two.
