Why, that's easy. It's a recreational vehicle.
When FDR coined the phrase "The Arsenal of Democracy", he was talking about Detroit. Proud to live in the 2nd most violent city in America!!

It doesn't look like it would steer well...the front wheel seems fixed as there is no provision for pivot clearance ....if the pivot were in the back...it would be pretty uncomfortable as the driver would literally be sitting on a hot seat....which brings me to a new conclusion....It's the first portable mobile Sauna :haha: :haha: :haha:

It's an armoured wheelchair, for paranoid legless veterans or, a prototype Dalek. BMW make a motorcycle with a whiff of that styling, but without the weaponry and rivets.

It's just a photo shop. It looks like it started with a WWI German tank, someone narrowed it, added mini monster truck tires, and a out of scale driver so it appears to be a motorcycle tank.

I agree Jack...looks like there was a lot of work done to the photo....the tires look too modern for one thing....but it sure is fun imagining someone actually built it back in the day ;)
