Best speaker suggestions?

Using a Visaton FRS 8 in KT and love the deep rich sound. Not quite enough room in smaller tank for that..
using FRS 7 but too shrill. Anybody have any suggestions for something in that size range that has a nice rich
sound. Or even the FRS 8 size if anybody tried something that really wowed them etc. Thanks!!

I prefer the frs7 over the fr8 but many factors involved in sound quality.

Some people say it's done to a decent sound box, I've spent many hours trying various sound boxes in my tanks and find no better than a solid mounted un boxed speaker.

Also the amp driving the speaker, cable between thenm, etc all effect it.

I use 4ohm speakers because match the ibu2 and tpa amplifiers, but you mention using an 8 ohm on a different topic. Again speaker needs to match amplifier for best performance.
