Hi, I've just received my Heng Long Tiger I tank. Once battery charged on both tank and receiver I set ON on both and the tank started to spinning fast. I read the manual for change the program and no matter what I do still it does the same. Is there any way to reset it and start using it normally?? I mean using the right stick to go forward, reverse and so on.
Thanks in advance for the advice, Regarards, Horacio

That sounds extreme...usually something like that is caused by the trims (the one under the directional control stick)...but it never spins full speed...full speed sounds like your control is stuck or broken from the factory.... try flipping on the stick and see if the mech snaps back...if not contact your seller...maybe he can do something ...like send you another hand set...or on the long end you can return the tank for a new onecapy1304 wrote:Hi, I've just received my Heng Long Tiger I tank. Hi there it sounds like either one of the motors is not working or the motor wires have been plugged in the wrong way in the factory.
Put the tank on somthing to lift the tracks off the ground and see if both tracks are moving or just one if only one track is moving then one of the motor wires could be unplugged.
Or if the tracks are going in djfferent directions on full throttle then the motor wires will need swopping from left to rite on the board

Is your tank a non Smoke and sound version?
I seem to remember that the non S+S tanks can be programmed to run through a series of actions.

woz yes your right mate they do make sure that you hand set and tank are on the same ie A/B/C so if the handset says A then the tank should have the same on it A its under the tank base see if that stops it
