Full metal excavator with hydraulics



Only arrived last night so not had time to do much apart from appreciate the detail on this baby. Really don’t want paint it!

Don't know not got that far yet. only unpacked the body not got to the hydraulic parts yet. Hopefully bottle it comes with will say.

Nope total newbie here. Any advice welcome.

Check what it is before messing then, it should have warning stickers etc on the bottle.

I only know from (limited) experience with mountain bike brakes & (too much messing with) Land Rover brakes & clutch. The stuff in Land Rovers will take the paint off pretty much anything & isn't good if you get it on your hands (pulls all the moisture out).

Hydraulic is like brake fluid it's a Damm good paint stripper. LoL. But seriously the oil is very hydroscopic and absorbs moisture like no one's business so keep the bottle sealed when not being used.
I use Areoshell 4 and also 41 quite a lot in the systems I work and train with. So As Rob say's personell hygiene and protectionis very good advice.
Otherwise you lucky so of Gun what a beautiful bit of kit
