How do you adjust these ?

Hi all....I've had problems with my Taigen Tiger rear idler.....and have sourced these from a old Heng Long from my loft ! They can screw into the Taigen tiger once the original fixed bar is removed, but how the hell do you adjust them as the threaded hole just moves at weird angles ! There are no screws or anything with them. Just had time tonight to get started again on the issues with this little bugger
