Heres my take on the install of asiatam lowprofile boxes in a Mattorro K/T

First the easy bit take out the old gearboxes and clean out the chassis of standoffs and anything else in your way

next is to make a nice new ally plate to mount the gearboxes on and also these need to be set at an angle so the sprockets srent mounted to high and also to clear the suspension arms

yea pretty much had to make 2 plates one angled and the other flat though

ITs looking good,, is it too late because you might want to raise the front drive sprocket, the stock Matorro is kind of low! PM sent..

that said it could be raised pretty easy if needed

will be putting in an rx18 into it so if any one wants to do it hope to be able to show you here

Hi Rob. Piccie of the smoke unit you wanted. Notice the four screws that allows you to undo it and dry the element out if you flood it. Dave

oh and dont bin those jagdpanther lower halfs as im sure someone would love one to do a panther or bergepanther conversion
