Mach 7 with a range of over 100 miles, what's not fun about that?

Have you also read up on how much power it needs? The numbers are quite insane.

The gun is an impressive piece of kit..... The rear admiral that they interview in the video has "Mad Scientist" eyes and facial expressions 8O

It's not the 110 mile range that is a worry, it's the accuracy at that range! It's no good being able to chuck something with the kinetic energy of a freight train if the closest you can get it to target is within 100 yards (maybe) 8O . In this instance not only is a miss as good as a mile bearing in mind there is no explosive kill radius, but the issue of 'collateral damage' very definitely comes into play. Not a precision weapon I would guess. Alwyn

Not sure how much wind would effect the round at mach 7 but if its non guided after 100 miles the round could deff stray. I just think its bad ass to fire the projectile at mach 7!
