in a spin

Hi guys,received my HL King Tiger on Thursday but because of working nights I've only just fired it up.Everything is working except I can't turn it .Forward and reverse is fine but it will not spin.Checked all the wiring and conecters and looks ok.Is it worth trying another transmitter and crystals???.Regards Trackpin

Check the connections inside the transmitter.

Are you running on a smooth surface or carpet/grass.

Running on chip board floor,totally flat.l presume you just unscrew the back of the transmitter???.Regards trackpin

yes. sometimes the contacts aren't making contact. You could try adjusting the trims to see if that does anything.

Ok,sorted out my non spinning king tiger.Checked all the wiring in the tank,checked the crystals,checked all the batteries,put new batteries in the transmitter,but still had the same problem,no spin.I have another transmitter from my tiger,so swapped over the crystals to see if that worked,no good.I then tried the tiger transmitter with new crystals,and hey presto,the king can spin.I took the back off the transmitter,non of the wiring is damaged or loose,and all connections look ok,not sure what to do with it, but I've just ordered a new trans and crystals.
