TET Viet RCC- CanAm RC Tank Club get together
TET is celebrated in Toronto at a large convention center and they estimate 12,000 to 15,000 people attended including The Prime Minister of Canada. The Viet Radio Control Club invite our CanAm tank Club down for the day to set up a little battle area and run our tanks around and talk tanks of course! We also had Air Support in the shape of helo's and drones. It was a great day filled with the people, the music, the food and the culture of Vietnam. I am hoping to post some video too as soon as I get it from the couple of Viet TV crews that were there. In the meantime here are a couple of shots of the area. The first was around 10 AM and the last around 12:30. We had a full fence of people watching from about noon to 3 so it was fun to explain how our tanks work to the folks. We all had fun with the obstacle course that Hatch built up and the great long bridge he has.
Next year is already in the planning. Bigger area and some more formalized battles perhaps!

Here is the first video with the hidden camera in a building. A little tedious but for anyone interested in the L70 there are some good shots of it...

Now it works
....now for some commentary
Who hid the camera?????????????
......Dang wall for upteen minutes of playback
....I have to admit...saw your L70 there dgsselkirk...but I would say if the owners of the ZTZ or the Panzer IV were selling theirs... they might have better luck
They stole the show... as they were the only two to pass the obstacle course
Looked like great fun.... did anyone get the numbers of the Viet gals performing in the background

ZTZ was mine........ I have some in-tank videos from the ZTZ but there was too much interference there and I only have crappy antennas. Hobby King to the rescue soon with some non-directional ones.ALPHA wrote:Who hid the camera?????????????......Dang wall for upteen minutes of playback
