Yeah the weather is a little strange now....it really should be rainy and cold..but it isn't...the Sun is different as well...much stronger..you can get burned quite fast...heck I get burned wearing a shirtjtracks wrote:That's the place, we arrived on the 12TH and left on the 22ND. We spent a couple of days in Hilo also, seems they are down on their rain fall too. We didn't see any rain for the two weeks we were in Hawaii.

Sometimes yes sometimes no lol... I would say this has been the best January so far...I remember about five or six years ago when it rained for almost two weeks straightjtracks wrote:We always go to Hawaii in January, best time in my opinion. Weather is good and not too many people. We did Mauna Kea two years ago along with the Manta Rays and a few other things. No lava, we were told they weren't allowing people close enough to see the flow. Helicopter trips only if you wanted to see it.
