how to build a DIY smoke gen?

i'd like to ask. does anyone know how to make a portable smoke generator? not for small scale tho. but its for a costume part and is it possible to use non conventional parts?


gonna see if its possible to make it as a manual finger to palm activated
and use no bigger space than 110mm (4.33inch) x 350mm (13.7 inch).

thinking of using the standard HL smoke gen since i have those in hand. but im thinking of a more enhanced smoke generator.

any ideas?

Think Hollywood Gigant ....special effects guys use portable smoke units all the time... you should be able to find something at a costume / party store ....some use dry ice and a fan...some are more like what we use in our tanks but on a slightly larger scale

Are you looking for the kind of smoke unit you would use at Halloween? I have 4 of them, my neighbor has 4 more and between the 2 of us our whole block is foggy for Halloween.

Just search FOG MACHINE and you'll tons of hits.
