The Hl M4 is a great tank. One thing with the T49 tracks, they are made for the Mato M4 which has wider wheels then the HL so you'll also need the idlers and sprockets.

Magman,
The HL Sherman is one of the best Shermans out of the box still for conversion and upgrading. That's true even with that cool new Taigen Sherman available now.
Here is a quick shot of 'Maxene', my upgraded HL M4A3 105. Looking forward to seeing what you do with your new and stock Sherman.
regards,
Painless

Hi Heng Long Sherman is a nice tank to start (much better value than a Tamiya ) one of the changes I do with the track change is the change all the road wheels with Mato ones (they are wider but fit) you need to bush the wheels but its not hard to do, stops the mato tracks sliding around .

regards pete
