I am talking about the hull MG. I know that the turret MG is fixed.

Thanks for the tips. What I am trying to do is mount a movable hull MG. I am building a Christian Ludwig's Tiger I kit as a very early production tank. I hope I can count with the good advice of those who really want to help.

If you go to http://www.etoarmour.com
click on the menu and select tiger 1, scroll down and you will get to a fully functioning hull ball mg assembly, now the downsides, It is incredibly expensive, it is very fiddly and you will have to shim the ball to ensure a proper fit and worst of all you will then have to provide all the electrics to drive it remotely, I bought one and wished I had saved my money, A 10mm plastic childs bead drilled to take the barrel of an led equipped mg34 fitted in accordance with TFTM's HENG LONG Tiger 1Subpage 2 of HENG LONG BUILDS "BUILDING A MID PRODUCTION NORMANDY TIGER" build which I did with my next Tiger 1 was far cheaper easier and more realistic.
