hello everyone i hope someone can help, sorry if it is an obvious question i am new to this.
i purchased a taigen king tiger tank from nitrotek a week ago for my nephew who has been using it. h has informed me.
A chain on the track has come partially loose and is unsure if this happens a lot or if it is not meant to happen, if he clicks it back together another comes loose.
does anyone know if this is ok or a fault and can give us some advice.
thanks paul

Good Afternoon and Welcome!,
A picture of the issue will be of great use so that we can give useful advice on how to fix\replace it.

Hi
If you mean the pins are coming out of the track, I had the same problem, all I did was put a small amount of loctite right at the end of the pin and pushed it back in, I ended up doing this with all the pins on the King Tiger tracks, there has not been any problems with them coming apart since..hope that helps.....

Hello,
The track pin doesn't look bent so I think this is as Jake said. Make sure that the track segments are aligned correctly and that the pin goes all of the way through and use a couple of drops of Loctite to secure it.

Paul Hi, as soon as I get a new Tank I strip it down and give it a good looking at, then lubricate the gears and ease out all the track pins just enough to put a film of "LOCTITE" on the end before refitting the pins, at the same time it is a good idea to check the looseness or otherwise of the tracks and if all the electrical connections are good reassemble and enjoy with a slightly greater sense of confidence, keep asking the questions, someone will have the answer.

Looks like he broke one link of track... looks like where there should be loops for the track pin to go into now has hooks reason for the "V" separation in the tracks...tell him to check the box...Taigen usually gives a lot of spare links...tell him to find the right link ...take out the pins and replace the broken links....
To take out the pins use another pin grip it with a pair of pliers or a vise grip with just a little bit of the pin sticking out...then put that end to end with the pin in the track and push it till it peeps out...the grab that with the pliers and pull it out
Tell him to be patient... it's his first time ...so don't rush the process
