HE M1A1 Abrams

Post by Mackem »

Managed to get some work done on the TC's weapon station and the infra-red/laser detector unit. Nothing flash here, just plastic card and patience. Needs a bit of filler here and there then a bit of fiddly detailing.

Thanks Ian,

I hope so, still needs quite a bit more work to make it presentable.
Can't believe it comes from the same factory as the Leo  ???

Cheers

Hi All,

Quick progress update.
I have finished work on the turret mounted tow cable hangers and attachments. ( All from brass )

Image

Sorry for the crappy image, camera was flat so I used my phone.
At the front is the correct 'T' lock, then 5 hangers, and finally the 'C cup'
Also got the cupola in shot with the new periscopes. ( See 'Tips & Tricks' board )

Cheers
