What Speed Are Tamiya motors

Hi Guys A Question what speed do Tamiya 380 motors run need to find out .Might need to change them there in an old Sherman and has 15 tooth drive pinions thinking of changing to 10 tooth and a slower motor but need to Know how fast the tam motors are.

Pete no idea what speed they run at but I can tell you they are just standard 380's running 10 tooth pinion hope this helps

For configuration different Gear Ratio methods, you can inquire with Welsh Dragon Models for a detail Gear Ratio Table.

Thanks for the info just need to work out which is the best for my set up making a reduction gearboxes from some old Tamiya gears I had in a box. Will have to count all the gaers and work it all out .To get the ratio and speed correct ,Have a good selection of motors three differant types of speed 400s Heng long white and black cap also Jamara 480 but it might be a bit tight getting these and reduction gearboxes in .
