My first attempt at an early HL.
Did most of the cosmetic mods- gun length, mantle, pistol port and cupola. Unfortunately I did nothing with the TK01 electronics and the naff toothless gearing-which has now failed and is under repair (one day )

Unfortunately the use of matt varnish has turned his coat to look more like leather!

Hi Great looking tank ,very nice paint job . Now you need to make it run as good as it looks , first off is steel 4:1 gearboxes ,these drop in dead easy, next is the electrics this is the expensive bit , you could buy an RX setup 2,4 ghz which doesn't need any change to the present wiring or go up market and fit something like the IBU great sounds and easy to fit.

Thanks for your comments Pete,
I'd bought a 2nd hand S+S Tiger which is going to have your recommendations anyhow (Taigen metal hull, gears, wheels etc).
Just need to query the 2.4ghz options on another post later.
