To avoid cluttering the tank build thread here's a different one for the crew. Usually I just post them finished with the tank but I'll try and show the step by step:

Saying that I've already started the commander so here he is, base colours done and the face and skin are finished:

Great job as usual! From one angle, he looks like Patrick McGoohan then from the other, a very young Max von Sydow.

Oh you guys! Actually thinking about it he looks a lot like a work colleague!

For sure he looks a tad cranky about losing his lower half !!

I've finally got around to putting some more paint on him! I decided the base colour of the jacket was all wrong, so I remixed the colours with uniform grey, red brown and dark yellow (tamiya) then progressively lightened with dark yellow. About 7 layers so far! Still all the details to do and maybe some more highlights.
