Hey Mark... I agree better safe than sorry.... though I would think if anyone really needs to change...are the people who have their paypal and ebay accounts linked... and maybe sellers more than buyers

What's surprising is not many people know.... Msn put the article out on monday I think ... Spoke to a friend last night who told me she just read it in the Wall Street Journal....

I'm kind of surprised Ebay didn't send out any notices .... they send emails for special offers and such... but something like this?
