my name is frank i live in bucks i am retired this is my first model tank heng long pro tiger 1 i have lots of free time i am an active private pilot ,clay shooter,and now a novice TANKER i hope i have said that right, cheers

Greetings Frank... Welcome to the board...you planning on doing any modifications to your Tiger? The new Heng Longs are pretty sweet... some pictures would be nice :D

Gidday Mr Francis. you sure picked the "Heroin" of the RC tank world to start off on !
Once you get going on it, get into the reading & research on the masterpieces in here, and do the sudden late night look around and its 0300hrs you will know what I mean !!

A tiger 1 is always a good place to start :thumbup:
Weather you want a shelf queen or a rough & ready battler.
There's so much you can do

Cheers guys thanks for all your replies i cant get the tank out of the box untill 25th june its a promise i made, but i have seen so much on the site re updating and painting, i am looking already to start maybe updateing with a metal hull etc ,as i have seen so many reviews about H/L some good some bad ,but i will wait and see, once again thanks for all your replies Frank
