Ardennes shoot

Post by Rocketman »

Hi gang

Myself , Crispy and pocket rocket ventured out to day for a simple tank run, test out Crispys new Stug(very nice)  and do a simple shoot> Tight idea, knocked out Tiger and Stug being inspected and past by an armoured column. Hope you like em , cos I managed to fall and dislocate my ankle in the process! Crispy heard the crack from 10ft away luckily in falling down the hill i managed to snap it back in. Suddenly airsofting doesnt seem half as dangerous!

Oh yeah he certainly knows how to get down low. Next time I'm bringing my waterproofs.

Rocketman is very efficient at finding the slippery patches of moss too. Unfortunately guys i didnt get any shots of the "MAN DOWN"  ;) I tell you this though, its the last time we let him out without his stabilsers!

Anyway back to the topic.... Most of my shots are near copies of Rocket's so I've picked out some that're different.

While we were posing and snapping a column of Jeeps Wranglers went past covered in mud and waving... boys & their toys eh? We're all the same, the toys just get bigger. Its a great spot on Leith Hill, I even found a 1/16 scale tree to pose the StuG by.

I cant get over just how good this tank is, both looks wise and mechanically.

The little StuG even repelled an attack from Pocket Rocket's Pershing and made it straight up the mossy slope no trouble... unlike some people  ::)

Sorry for the awful German accent but I couldnt help gloating... Im such a bad Uncle its shocking :-[

The models look so good in that environment. Its hard to tell what scale they are.
Nice photo-shoot

Rocket, you are getting better taking pictures, I'm surprised you can bend down so low at your age :o

Bending down isn't the problem, it's getting back up.  ;D
