Taigen Tiger conversion to IR and barrel recoil?

Post by Death Head »

Hi all, I want to convert my BB Tiger to IR with barrel recoil, do I have to change the complete turret of can I use the guts from a IR and fit them into the BB turret?

The only reason I ask is I've done quite a lot of modelling to my existing turret and would rather not have to start again

Don't worry you can keep your turret.

To add recoil you need this

http://www.welshdragonmodels.co.uk/taig ... 1744-p.asp

Plus a metal barel.

Then to add IR you need this

Might work out cheaper to buy the complete turret with it all already fitted and simply remove all the bits into your turret. ;)

Perfect answer, thanks for your quick reply and putting my mind to rest about not having wasted hours on the turret

No problemo.

You probably need to use the metal mantlet instead of your existing one so a bit of painting.
