Hi all

Been a good day again...done more this afternoon and evening .....got my finger out and added welds seams to the hull ..and turret and marked out where the turret stand off armour fit's ......

Now i go back and begin to detail ...starting with the turret ..giving me time to consider what i am going to do with modified hull ...i have to think about
Tool storage .....like the idea of frames like the panther / jadpanther to store items on the new hull sides ?.......

Any way ..pic time ....

Hi all ...

Sunday ...day of rest ....or ...invites so mates over for a model making day ! ,..that's rest ? ....

Now ...as my panzer iv is a paper panzer ....it means to a small extent i can get away with some slightly different ideas.....i am beginning look at the at the hull side skirts ....i could just go with the ' standard ' late panze type of
Skirt ....but i thought of something else ....
Can any one guess what ?'

Please do not take this the wrong way( never a good way to start something)......how would they pull the trans if it blew?...this is why panthers and king tigers had that seperat plate that held the hull hatches. Without that, you have to pull the turret like the tiger 1( that why there are so many shots of tigers with there turrets off)
