Hi All,
I've got quite a few pics of PzIV's in North Africa and nearly all of them have a large stowage
box added to the right hand fender which totally blocks the radio-ops vision port.
Below is a pic of a PzIV Austf G of the 10th Pz Division in Tunisia that shows the box.
Does anyone know if this was just extra stowage space, or did it have a more specific use?

I've got photos of Nashorns in Russia with a similar modification the text states it is a wooden storage box
