I am assuming you mean in 1/16 scale.
Welsh Dragon list a metal one but it seems to be out of stock at present. You could always check with Steve at Welsh Dragon.
rctank.de also do a metal one, you can find it in their exclusive accessories section.
Verlinden do a resin cast one but it is only available as part of a german infantry equipment set. This one should be available via Historex Agents.
I have used all 3 of these traders and all have excellent customer service and delivery times.
Tamiya also do an excellent plastic MP40 as part of some of there 1/16 figure kits.
I know that the MG gunner in a great coat and the infantry in reversible winter uniform have this as an extra with either kit, it also has the correct MP40 mag pouches included as an extra too.
The advantage of this version is that it can be built with the stock folded or extended depending on what you want. You get a spare stick grenade with each of these kits too.
The Tamiya figure kits are generally available from good model shops, or I bought mine on amazon.
