Re: dragon ATRC
Swap out your RX-18 with the Taigen first. The pin layout is identical so it should be a plug and play. I think the radio is binded with the MFU if you buy them as a set so you shouldn't have to do anything else. I am assumming you have RX-18 right now.
Once you have the Taigen working, you just need to snip the two red wires from the MFU to the motors and connect the four ends to the terminal blocks on the Dragon (Looking at the Dragon with the terminal block on the left, the order of wires would be from top to bottom left motor, left MFU, right motor, right MFU). The Dragon plug would then go into the empty 5 pin port on the Taigen MFU. I am also assumming that you have Airsoft BB and not IR. On the Airsoft BB the 5 pin port should be free.
A quick tip, if you can access the red wire contacts on the motor, it might be easier to just unsolder that and solder a new wire in to give you more play with the Dragon. I find that if you just cut the reds and stick the Dragon in there it gets tight. But that means you have to solder so if you are not into that don't worry about it.
