did the panther and tiger tank share the same kind of tracks. also what kind of tracks does the henglong pantiger come with tiger or panther tracks.

I believe the pantiger is really the early hl tiger 1 with a mis-shaped upper hull. I have one and am waiting to alter the front hull or buy a tiger upper hull and rear deck to replace !

The only differance between them is the Panther has fewer links, they are in all other respects interchangeable. shaun

The Tiger and "Pantiger" use the same hulls, running gear and tracks, this is what HL just call a Panther - however if you compare them with the Panther G then they are different tracks and do not fit the Tiger or Panther.
I know because I got some metal tracks and sprockets for a Panther G thinking they would fit my Panther (Pantiger) and they foul the front gearbox covers and rub against the hull sides - as I intend to heavily modify my Panther I'll make them fit somehow!
