Hi,

I added some oil, but even if I can ear the pump working properly, I don't have the nice effect of the smoke.
I don't want to open the hull!!!
There is any tricks that can help me in this issue?

To get the oil back out you will need to turn the tank upside down with the back lower than the front and leave it a while with some paper underneath to catch any drips. but really it sound as if your heating element has failed and opening it up to check and repair / replace it is what you will have to do if that does not work.

Willhob, according to the instructions I have 2-3ml. initial first fill, and it then requires 5-6ml. for every two hours of running, but not for first time running? Chinese/English translation is rather??????? :):

Glad to hear it was just too much oil, it only needs enough to soak the wick, if you put too much in it covers the heating element so it no longer evaporates the oil from the top of the wick so it no longer smokes.
I only put a small amount in at a time and top up if it stops smoking but each fill does seem to last a long time.

I had two smoke units die. The reason was the thin coil wire element that runs wrapped around the soft fibre of the heating element breaks at the connection point. Just reattached coil wire to connections and they are back running. As this has happened a few times, it may be a fault with smokers, so check it is not this as well as over filling etc.
