Is it a Heng Long (plastic road wheels), Heng Long (metal road wheels), or Tamiya?
*EDIT* To speed things up if it is a Heng Long, this dis-assembly guide should work out fine. It shows replacing the plastic with metal road wheels, but it should also help you take them off. http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=743482
