NEW TAIGEN EARLY TIGER 1

Hi all,
Sorry for not introducing myself earlier, but I have been loitering on this excelent forum for a while. Just spotted this new offering from Nitrotek.

Hmmm looked at this and got somewhat confused? The Taigen I have seen has a metal base and a plastic upper with different parts on the top being made of metal. I read this saying ALL METAL and wondered was this false advertisement? I did some searching and there is a ALL METAL Taigen Tiger with a 550 Motor being shopped?? This is not the same one being sold by Walsh Dragon or Amazon? Please inform.

Hi guys the tank has the asitam lower hull and the upper is basically plastic but the turret is full metal and all the hatches plus the tools and cables tracks sprockets and idler wheels. Ifs got the metal gearboxes but these are not low ratio. And the new 2.4ghz radio gear. My advice would be to save your money and get a second hand tamiya you can pic up a tamiya tiger 1 for around £250 and the sounds and durability is rock solid hope that helps you.

Kin at Tankzone told me last month that Taigen were about to introduce a metal upper hull to their Tiger 1, thereby making an all metal Tiger to compete with Tamiyas Tiger1 with less effort and less construction and cheaper.

Hmmm is this what IMEX is talking about then?? They have youtube videos and a tank advertised on EBAY as all metal? They also say it has a 550 Motor in it. I am trying to find out is this true or are they passing off the Taigen metal Hull plastic upper off as all metal? Working on finding out will let you know...

one thinks that taigan throw out a tank that is is built from whatevers bits they have to hand metal or plastic i have a taigan that has more plastic than metal
this was clearly defined by w.d.m in there discription but some mislead as to what is full metal, full metal to most is gears wheels tracks and the hull so its a misleadig area but what can you do if the sellers say its all metal, get in touch ask if you cant contact or sixth in line every time you ring a certain vendor ,pass. try some one else ? ta ta for now wot wot .
