cheers eastern, for the alcohol, you think tamiya thinners would be ok? hope fully i can find white weathering powders, last time i was in my local hobby shop they had no powders at all. mind you the whitewash i have in mind , if i can follow the picture, i'm going have a go at putting it on with a cotton bud. the real one looks like it was put on with a roller :O i'll have a practise first though.

cheers again bud. just been looking again at my pics and found a very worrying development.in that the tiger i was going to do( 123 i think) is an early one. >:< however i have found another one, a mid production on this time, but i can only see half the damn number so i cant even get a good id. hopefully it will be in with this post so if anone can help, would be cool.

thought it was 113, but dont think it would fit, then i thought it could be 13? . just need to find the something. or if anyone khow what div and reg it could be, make a number that would work. as the little kitty is going to be as accurate as i can get it, i would hate to bugger it up by putting a number on it couldn't have. if that makes scense.

The 13.SS Panzer regiment 1 LAH at one point used a 4 digit numbering system that started with 13.
The first two numbers would be larger then the second two, 1313,1314, etc....

early tiger 1's came out of the factory in a grey base color, but later batches of early tiger 1's came out in the base yellow color, all mid tiger 1's came out of the factory in the base yellow color.
