Only just discovered Shep Paine. How in hell have a lived without hearing about this genius? I must have seen his work in FSM and other model mags, but have only just really looked at his work. Unfortunatley, i think he is dead now. Going to try and find more images and text about him and download the pdf's of his diorama tips from monogram. Just read one and got so many tips, i cant keep up lol. feel free to slap me for not finding him sooner. lol

I have one of his books 'How to build Dioramas' first published in 1980. It is a wealth of information including figure painting and scratch building. Sorry to hear he has passed away.
