wsn t34/85 to hl rx18

Post by greengiant »

This is the first tank I changed to the heng long rx 18 along with moving the switches and battery charging wiring. It runs quite nicely but I had to add an extra lobe to the recoil motor disk in order to get it to recoil when the firing sound is heard on upstick. Still havent got the shot light in the barrel to work correctly. Did get rid of the green running light and replaced it with a white one. I also made all the crew hatches operational. I wish I could find some of the old dragon crew figures with the soft tankers helmets to complete the thing .
Lots of pics here as I was playing around with editing programs in my computer.
I was going to add the Pictures I have of the real tank but I see the posting limit is 10. If anyone would like to see them I will start a new topic.
