You and Painless make the perfect team, Jack. You start the project, and Painless finishes it Congrats to both of you on gracing the Colorado landscape with yet another highly desirable model

Gentlemen, Good Morning,
Interest will come and go. The important thing is to stay in contact with others of a like mind. Once you hear about all the new stuff coming out, your interest may reach new heights. ;o) This is the second of Jacks tanks that I have had the pleasure to complete. I have always received a solid foundation upon which to build. You cannot ask for more, really. ;o)

Coming out of a medical gig that has been an extreme mental PITA, I am finally feeling up to working on tanks again. Back to Jacks Tiger, tonight I built the combo smoker and sound switch\pot housing. I took the time to wire almost everything up, ( solder and attach ) and only have to figure out how to power the convoy light using the MFU, ( not the 8 pin in the upper hull ). Then, it is just awaiting the arrival of the new Radio and Rx. Max is on the job so this Tiger will be rolling here soon.

Having plenty of HL slash Taigen electrical odds and ends laying around in spares is always a useful thing.
No, I am not turning into another version of the Glue Monkey but for keeping wires tidy, a drop can be useful.
Another view of the ongoing electronics work.
Combo mount for the sound pot and the smoker on.off switch. Put together out of scrap plastics...
Mr Wolf the wiring setup is very nice. Like the volume pententiometer knob setup. What speaker setup have you in place for the Tiger, the one that Jack provided or something different?
Good morning, Gentlemen!
Ludwig, thank you, I learned not to scrimp on sound components and upgrades are definitely worth the money! ;o)
Herman, I am sussing out a servo location to make the bow mg move as it fires. I will definitely have more pics of the electronics up, sir. Thank you!
Carl!, I had to go with the next size down on Mike's Tiger to get the longer MFU the space it needed so I am anxious to hear the sound on this one since his Tiger sounds so great!
Max! This is great news! I'll be PM-ing you today with some questions on power on always locations on that TK-24 board. Yessir, that location layout seems to work very well for any Tiger that's running a Smoker. Plenty of leftover room for the rest of the electronics.
