I've seen engines mounted in 16th scale tanks, but they take up a lot of room and usually require that you totally re-configure the layout of stuff inside the tank. I think with an engine in place you would definitely lose the smoker, but a lot of guys don't really care about that. Where you can really get the detail to shine is in 1/6th scale, but that can get really hard on the bank account. But, I imagine if you scale it up to 1/6 you might find customers that want to buy one.

I have idea to hide electronics board or smoker under the engine.
But yeah I totally understand.

1/6 scale I reckon I need more detailed drawings to make it look better when blown up

I made some cooling parts for my Panther that you could see through the grills. Slightly flattened so they fit I was going to paint them up to give a more 3D look but in the end I didn't get round to using them.

That looks great :)

On my Tiger Mid production i have cut that hatches and made them open, but where you have the fans i will actually have laptop cooling fans instead and a faux top to make them look like yours.
I want to be able to open the hatches to access different things like a smoker switch and smoker oil and maybe other electronics.

Hi guys,
Gunner, thanks for your research on 210s and 230s , I can relax now!
Will, they are excellent Cads, really looking nice and detailed, can't wait to see the 210 ( no pressure but I want one!) Also I'm now thinking half track, supercharger, flame job. Wermacht mad Max style, I'm sure Mr Bix gets it! :haha:

Blocks to appear tomorrow!
They are going to take some filament!

My photo skills are awlful, but i am really pleased with the parts. Printing everything at 0.1mm 25% fill.

Plan to mock it up in my Tiger Mid production.
I will do a 210 triple filter setup for my wife's Early Production Tiger
