Hi all,

Thank you for the comments above, if I were to run the Panther tracks as originally designed then you are correct the wheels would run on the outside of the guide horns.

However due to me choosing to run this E-25 on the King Tiger tracks (I believe it makes this look better) the wheels have to run on the inside of the guide horns otherwise the inner track edge would cut into the body.

Either way you mount the road wheels provides sufficient stability for the tracks.

And after all this is a "What If" build so therefore creative licence will have a big part to play seen as has been mentioned in a previous post, this didn't get passed the drawing stage.

Also this is my build and I am going on what I believe would of suited the shape and character of an E-25 rather than take a very serious view of it.

I hope that you all continue to enjoy the build as it progresses.

Oh dont you worry about us keeping on enjoying & watching mate, this is a cracker build .
Imagine if these things were put into proper production & there were hoards of them heading East again, supported by aircraft & logistics back up ..............I expect 'Uncle Joe' would have had his empire stunted !!
I agree that the KT tracks would look better fitted.
My 'Octopus' KT was supposed to use transport tracks, but it just wouldnt have looked right(despite historical accuracy)
