Supposed to yes. But I know this has been a pain in his ass to have to deal with this. Not fair to him at all.

Not a fair situation all around... everyone is inconvenienced... the only one who can really take their time and draw it out is the carrier...which seems like what they are doing...pretty disheartening situation for sure

Had a similar situation with a parcel from Amazon not to long ago the kindle we ordered never arrived Amazon contacted the courier company which resulted in the local manager coming to our house and acuseing us of stealing it after I prised my 6" 1 gym happy son off him he agreed that they had lost it, in the end it turned out a sub contract driver had nicked it.

Still waiting on the check from UPS! More then a month after UPS damn near destroyed it and nothing yet, talk about customer service! :thumbdown:
