The major modifications are done, but there were also a little collateral damage; I broke off my tail hook for the engine hatch. The new one I don't made from polystyrene, but of solid brass.

I marked the shape of the hook on the material and then first once with my dremel coarse milled out.

Then the post-processing of the hook with a file and sandpaper; photos - unfortunately not really succeeded.

After I’m now finished with my technical alterations, it's now time for a few ideas for small improvements - and they I've also implemented. It started with a functional jack holder. So far I just stuck him with two pins in the rear wall, the crank position stays unchanged.
Starting material was again brass.

Marked the shape again and worked out roughly with the dremel and a flex plate, then drilled the both parts.

Both halves were then bolted together through these holes and further processed in a duo.

Then both were again transversely slotted with the Dremel...

...for receiving an eyebolt and these with a copper pin soldered.

The opposite ends received at the same manner a slotted lock plate, after that the parts was separated. The jack holder actually consists of four parts; each has two trays and two fittings. And so I had still to cut a few small metal sheets, everything from copper sheet residues.

It was again bent and soldered and after then looked my parts like this - two trays and two fittings.

Then the assembly of the parts at the rear wall of my Tiger; first I had to remove in the appropriate places the Zimmerit. This was followed by the assembly, both glued and screwed additionally - better safe if I'm traveling on rough terrain again with the Tiger.

The bolts were then of course flush separated...

...and the jack could lie the first time for sample. The position of the hand crank was not changed as has been said.

For a better detailing of the rear wall I've ordered me the late occasion help. Unfortunately is this part not really helpful for a better detailing - see for yourself. But no problem - I will adjust this part something.

As template for a late occasion help served this photo from the Internet; I believe it was from a storm tiger and had unfortunately already taken some damage - but no matter.

At first were drilled through the two hinted holes and thereafter I've cut a thread in both. Then I cut off the round portion at the back and replaced it with a part of a polystyrene plate. It will hold by this two 0,8er bolts and of course some glue.
Where later the guide bolts should be, were also drilled two holes.

Then the two guide pins were made, brought to length...

Finally were built two pipe sleeves and through these pipe sleeves was the occasion help then with two bolts attached to the rear wall. Pictures...

Next step also again at the rear wall. Both mufflers got in the visible range significantly used look in the direction of rust and soot.

A late version Tiger has at the rear wall of yet another striking cover under the left exhaust muffler. The lid I've also ordered from aftermarket. This photo from the internet shows the attachment of this part very good.

I removed the Zimmerit at this place again, the cover was glued on and the Zimmerit then again repaired.

Furthermore are the heat covers for the exhaust mufflers not mounted directly to the rear wall, but are screwed into small, welded metal plates. I've made these plates again from a polystyrene plate.

Each part was shortly post-processed, drilled and then glued to the corresponding locations.

In the original were the metal plates welded, so I've my also equipped with a small weld line.
