I have one pin that keeps coming out on my tiger. What is the secret to keeping it in?

I have never encountered such a problem. It seems likely that the hole for the track pin is opened too much. Here are some simple suggestions for what they are worth:
1) make sure the track pin is the correct one for the Tiger 1. Those are quite long and heftier in diameter.
2) identify the knurled end of the track pin; start it in most of the way; apply E6000 glue (available lots of places, including Amazon) and push the pin in the rest of the way. Obviously you just want the glue to catch the outermost part of the pin and track, so the rest can pivot as the tank runs. Let the track with the E6000 set for 48 hours without moving it. E6000 is a kind of Cyanoacrylate glue, but much better at holding to side forces. For such strength, it needs a long drying time.
3) get a new set of track pins, if available, or Tiger I tracks, hardly the inexpensive route.

Others may jump in here (I hope), but let us know what solution you choose, even if not one of the above.

This is a new tank. Probably less than 1 hour running time. I will try what you say thank you

I just put a drop of CA glue on the ends of the pins. All pins will loosen up with use whether it's metal tracks or plastic tracks. I use on of those watch pin pushers with the small metal pin in a knurled handle. A quick tap with a hammer on the watch pin remover will break the pin free even with CA on it.

With the track seperated remove the faulty link and replace it with another link of spare track using a new track pin to replace the one that will not stay in place,
You should already have spare track on the front of the Tank which is where a new track pin can be found,
When you have repaired the track refit it and place the damaged link on the end of the spare track ensuring the damaged end is on the end of the links,
This afterall is exactly what a tank crew would do in the field.

Those are all fine solutions, Hoghappy2000. I would not have thought of the jarndice's most "realistic" means simply because so often the spare tracks mounted on RC tanks are actually not the same as the running tracks. Should this not be the case with the Tiger, HI HO! thanks to jarndice, the problem solved for free.

As to the track pin remover, search on Amazon with the phrase Watch Band Link Remover and a whole selection of them will come up, looking like little bases with knobs on one end and a pin to screw in toward the other end. I actually have two or three different ones, for they are so inexpensive and worth trying to see which works best.

I don't use the type with the knob as they aren't typically wide enough for a lot of tracks. Mine is a pin with a knurled handle that can be hammered on like a punch.

I got a watch band link remover, but after looking at the track on the front of the tank it is a plastic pop riveted on fake track. So where is the best place to get pins/track from?
