Thanks! I already found them. Local guy is not so good since I'd have to pay extra tax in the same state.
There is another ebay guy with the better price on early all-metal, but 12030 version (airsoft)...

Oh yeah....sorry about that Toshik...I forgot about the sales tax There's another EBAY seller that's pretty good...hails out of NY ...ISLAND ENTERPRISES ...think he might be the Taigen dealer for that area...not sure about that...but he does usually get Taigen stuff before everyone else...downside is once he's out..he's out lol

I would agree with ED....once you get your tank and want to make upgrades...contact Forgebear (Dave)...he is top notch

If you were in the UK...I would say get the tank from him....I still would...but the shipping to the states would kill ya :/
Small parts are cool though ;)

Again...glad you made your choice...Good Luck Toshik

Well, unless reasonably-priced Tamiya would surface once of a sudden :-)

Tamiya is tempting and it's not THAT much than Taigen, assembly should be fun, however 26(!) bottles of different color paints needed for the tiger somewhat put me down... And it's an added cost of both paints and RC transmitter. I doubt that I'd have any future use for the paints...

True that...a brand spanking new Tamiya does run very close to the Taigen....26 bottles of paint???????????? :wtf: ...you going to do a rainbow paint job toshik?????
if you are good at mixing...all you really need are the three primary colors...the two neutrals...and maybe two secondary ...what are the others for? 8O

It won't take 26. 3 acrylic colours then everything else can be done with about 10 oil colours should you want to weather it. As you say, you'll not reuse them so go for an RTR Taigan.
