Talked to UPS and they said they closed the claim on the 12th but they wouldn't give me anymore info cause I wasn't the shipper. So I called Palepainter back and he hasn't heard anything either but he said he'd call UPS Monday and see what's going on. No fault of Pale thats for damn sure! He packaged that thing up real good, it was UPS's fault 110% for crushing it.
As of now I have almost everything I need to fix it after spending a LOT more money for parts, I've almost doubled the cost of the tank.
