Re: Night Fighter Jagdpanther
Re-started on my Jagdpanther some today and yesterday. The original streaking finish has had a reaction between the Matte Varnish and Testors DULLCOAT, the lighter shades have turned a glaze brown look. I added another shade of camouflage gray, and have one more color a darker gray to add. Then I am sealing with floor polish, some pastel to add shading and shadowing. Tracing the weld seams with a pencil lead and the just a good coat of Matte Varnish. If it does not work out I will strip the hull back to plastic and start over.

Re: Night Fighter Jagdpanther
The more I worked, and applied color, weathering and detailing the more I did not like the finish. I started out to create a Night Fighter, urban paint scheme. Well I failed and have decided to start over. EASY-OFF works great, three coats and some scrubbing with a tooth brush. And use HOT not COLD water to rinse.
