Apologies on the late reply. Had some minor account login issues.

I've received 80% of my order (slight mishap during shipping by the sounds of it). The initial look of the SEP V3 parts are amazing, however as they are resin printed, there was a few drain holes located on the bottom of some of the parts (VCSU for example). So I decided not to use them and to make my own!

One thing I must say is the detail of the CROWS is impressive for its size. Very happy with it.

I ended up breaking the antenna on the DUKE V3 system after priming. The super glue is not holding so that will have to be something I also have to make (I might try playing around with TPU for that antenna).

Here is the New VCSU. There is a floor jig that is to replace the standard bustle rack frame. this also lines up and set the VCSU inline with the ducting underneath.

It is not unfortunately. I would love to see one motorized with how small some of the surfaces are for control points. I've also notice the new metal turret drive does not have a clutch. where could I find one?

I swear the one I got for my leopard you can turn by hand with minimal force, I’ve got to get it out and see for sure.

The LPCROWS I got for my 1/8 is motorized, if I ever get it on there. I thought the one I got for my 1/16 was as well, but I haven’t looked at all that in a while. More projects than time.

I'm Back!
progress has been made, I have finished the v3 parts. The files will be on cults at some point.
The extended bustle rack has been completed, snaps together with relative ease. I had it reprinted in abs resin for a cleaner look (ran out of my preferred pla)

Painting! yes the painting phase has begun, at this time I am a bit lacking in the painting infrastructure for now so my makeshift outdoors paint booth will have to work.

so far the hull and turret assemblies are coated in their new colors. The camo pattern is actually quite hard to achieve especially with the lack of reference photos floating around. So its as close as I can make it.
The first batch of clearcoat went on just before the rain halted my advance. so half of the roadwheels are complete. I did have one minor mishap with the paints, I didn't allow enough time for the green to sit before hitting the sprockets and it ate into the paint layers. so those will need to be done again.

I have an Abrams waiting with the metal upgrade parts set aside, too. Your build will help me a great deal. I especially like the camouflage and non-slip surface. I hope someday I can do half as well as you have done.
