I am 100% sure nothing is wrong with your radio, neither with the Elmod board.
You should spend some time understanding how the OPEN TX software works. There are tons of videos in youtube and tons of pages explaining everything, step by step. The basics are easy.
And by the way, in Europe and in the US is usually the left stick the one who controlls the throttle and the steering. (yeah, british guys do it the wrong way, lol) it would be probably a good idea if you try to do it like this since the beginning.
I guess the model you are working on is pretty messed up now. Start a fresh new model, plugging the wires in the correct order as per the Elmod manual and play a bit with the radio software. Once you know the how to is a 20 seconds job. You have one of the best radios in the market but you need to learn how it works.

He is using a Radiomaster tx16 S with 10ch flysky receivers.
He just needs to asign the sticks to the channels in the order he wants.
It works completelly different to the i6 radios and so on. Is open software.

but enlgish is not my Language.... so.. hard for me to understood all
no problem to use the left stick to drive the tank......the problem is to connect all correctly and have to stick working....
Yes Rad,agree,that's what trued to expain,but think want tibgo too fast,and ut's not from the RTF,nor from the original radio Torro,Taigen.etc.
