I am listing a load of items on my web site but would be impracticale and suicidal in this economic climate to have all in stock. I am clearly marking those i do not carry i will order in meaning a 2 week wait. Would you guys go for that as long as you knew before hand theyw ere not in stock.
Honesty is the best policy

I learned not to deal with Tankzone when my first order went sour a couple of years ago.

I wanted a barrel for a T34 and inadvertantly ordered the wrong one (undrilled). No problem he said, send it back and we will send the drilled version. So I did, and he didn't.

He suddenly became impossible to contact by email though.

OK, so he won the cost of a barrel from me, but he should remember that us tankers do talk to each other and word gets round very quickly. I have repeated this story on several occasions to various people and it has probably cost him hundreds of pounds in lost sales.

Kin, if you read this, where is my bl**dy barrel?

Hi folks

I have been trying to contact Kin by fone and e-mail for 2 weeks....no answer.

I wanted PZ4 parts and asked about Panther G and Sherman. Strange that I could not get an answer for so long when I wanted to give him money !!!!!

So I sent him an e-mail telling him of this websites experiences of his company.....and said I had now joined the growing list of his unhappy and deserting customers. Strange that I got a reply the same day, but expressing no remorse. He gave me another fone number and said he had been away on business. I sent a message expressing concern that I might not get an answer from him should I get a problem with one of his products and invited his comments.....no answer.

Says it all doesnt it.

This business trip excuse is the one I get from him all the time..... how wierd that he is suddenly around when I send a stinky message eh !

He won't loose any sleep...or much cash from me so I don't suppose he is bothered at all. If upsets me that I will probably be buying his stock indirectly as he seems to supply some of the other vendors. Bummer.

So I am buggered for HL Panther G when it arives.....where  do you guys intend getting yours please.

Mike B
