That is a complete joke how they are dealing with you.

Hopefully you will get a positive result from customer services.

I hope to give them an ear full when they call me to verify. I will let them know that my business will find some one else to crush my goods in the future. :)

Ok got a little bit of good news when I talked to someone who was actually in the U.S. and not some call center in Bangladesh. She asked me to describe what was damaged and I told her the transmitter was broken, the turret was damaged around the gun mantle, the lower hull was damaged, and the one track was broken. She apologized and said that from the information I gave her and because I said I could fix it she said there was no need to have someone inspect it and that she agrees it sounds like they placed something heavy on top of it. She thanked me and said they would be contacting the shipper tomorrow.

So I guess we'll see what happens next. :|

My super P I bought from him got a little beat up as well, must be the local office or something. It wasn't something I couldn't fix with a little glue....This tank is even better in person btw, and I almost bought that Tiger too before you snatched it up... :)

Small update to report, I talked to UPS and they have sent the claim paperwork to Palepainter to fill out and once they receive it back from him they said they could then pay the claim. So far it looks like UPS is going to make this right but knowing my luck I'm not gonna hold my breath.
