hi
here is a couple photos of the zimmerite on the turret.

used a bit of milliput to finish it off.
just waiting for it to dry its 24hrs since i put the millput on still slightly wet and got the heating on in the lodge.
hopeing to get base coat on in couple days time

well yesterday was a busy day in the lodge.
heres some photos of the camoflage i think it needs more work i know the turret roof does its years since i did german camoflage so a bit rusty give me you honest apinions on it,

really good. How did the primer/Paint stick to the 'rubber' zimm ?

hi
i used tamiya spray primer then tamiya spray for the basecoat no problems sticking to the rubber zimm .

Hi daktari - and a happy new year!
Simply amazed at how much you have achieved in so little time.
The paint job looks very fine - I've almost lost sight of how mine will look with a paint job...
And I want your shed - I've been elbowed off the modelling / kitchen table by my boys' own modelling projects!

hi everyone
well been away for acouple days with my wife and kids so no work on tank .
got stuck into it today decied i was not happy with my first paint job so have re dune it . please let me know what you think good or bad. i want it to look right will weather it when i know its right.

Good Afternoon,
Very striking paint job there, Daktari. It effectively breaks up the outline of the Tiger which is what was wanted when camo jobs were originally ordered for these massive and blocky vehicles.

Well done on the paint job, has a 1944 Normandy look to her. Some weathering, decals and you'll be done. Your a whole lot faster with your build. Have fun...
