I said it above last year and I'll say it again, thanks Craig so much for doing this... I couldn't have learned how to use the clark without your quick reference guide and booklet. Lets me do field changes. I carry my bible binder to battleday all the time...

For anyone with a Clark board the guide is pretty much indispensable. I was recently assisting someone with setting their board up and trying to do it using the info on the Clark site makes an easy job way more difficult.
Of course, how many of us have accidently hit the wrong button, jogged a setting, but not sure which one, and then had to cycle through everything to check that they are all still where they should be. The quickest way I have found to set a board up is to select the Tamiya option, and work from there, and all the while keeping a beady eye on the led's and trying not to blink in case I miss a flash.

edpanzer,
The Clark default options are pretty standard and I never had to programmed it right out of the box. It is when you get into the nitty gritty part that you start pulling out the manual, like servo recoil direction, hull recoil strength etc. I would say that there is only about 5 options that I play with on a regular basis and that's it.
