Looks excellent to my eyes.

Added some air cleaners to the towed M4A3. Needed to come up with poseable tubing...

Pulled the silicone cover from some battery leads, slipped the cover over some copper wire then added some shrink tube to increase the diameter a bit (and it adds a natural rubber look over the shiny silicone).

Great engine and details. I've been working on air cleaners too (but the square ones !)

Round one are easier to turn on the lathe! I think the internal ones were always round (at least the pictures I've found). I have box filters on all but one of my radial engine builds.

To be fair, the square ones were easy to print But spent some time to 3D model it. It printed well. Maybe I'll make round ones for a future M4 !
Yes I think the internal ones were always of the round type. Never seen anything else !

Wow! You'll have to post a picture of that when it is printed. That should look far better than what is available (resin, 1974 Tamiya or scratch built).

They are better than the Tamiya's ones for sure. They are oversized and lacks details...

Here's a comparison, Tamiya/my 3D printed ones/not used parts from the I Love Kit M4A3E8 (which doesnt have those kind of air cleaner)
You can see some kind of steps in extreme close-ups, those are not resin layers but every step is the size of a pixel, this is actually the pixel matrix of the screen. I really need to buy another printer with a 6K or 8K screen to get ride of them even if they are not noticeable after a coat of primer a light sanding.

Those look amazing! Some day, I'll have to beg you for a set!

I don't have access to my lathe and mill right now, only my CNC and 3D printer so I'm 3D modelling a lot of sherman parts ! I think I will end up modelling every parts ever made for the Sherman haha.

Here are some of them :
I will try to print the lens with clear resin.
The track tensioner are meant to replace the HL part with slight modifications.

Stunning work. I bet there are others besides me that would be interested on being able to buy those works. Looks like you could have yourself a side business if you wanted!
